1. FREE Discovery Call
A quick, 15-minute phone call learn more about your and your clients’ decluttering goals and ways we can work together. I’ll go over my GRACE organizing process and answer any questions you may have.
2. Pre-Session Prep
You’ll receive a proposal + contract outlining how your space will be elevated + get your pre-listing & pre-rental declutter project on our schedule. I”ll start any shopping or vendor communications, if applicable. If your project is a rush job, I’ll measure & source organizational products.
3. Decluttering Sessions
My team and I work closely with the real estate agent or luxury property rental manager to declutter, organize + style! Our goal is to help you get top dollar buyers & renters. When we’re done, I encourage all my clients to ENJOY. Grab a cup of tea and relax!
The GRACE Process
Gather
We will GATHER ALL the items in the space being organized & sort them into categories.
Release
We will guide you on what to keep and what to RELEASE aka donate, sell, & throw away.
Acquire
We ACQUIRE any containers & custom labels needed to contain the “KEEP” items.
Cultivate
We carefully give each item a home to ensure you can continue to CULTIVATE organization in your home.
